The live map gives managers and admins a real-time, bird's-eye view of their field team. See where every rep is, what they are doing, and how their routes unfold throughout the day — all on an interactive map.
Real-Time Rep Locations
Navigate to Live Map from the sidebar. The map displays a marker for each active field rep, updated every 30 seconds:
- Green marker — Rep is currently checked in at a client site (active visit).
- Blue marker — Rep is in transit between visits.
- Gray marker — Rep has not checked in yet today or is offline.
Tap any marker to see the rep's name, current client (if checked in), time on site, and how many visits they have completed today.
Pro tip
Use the live map during peak hours (9-11 AM and 2-4 PM) to spot reps who may be idle or stuck at a single client for too long. A quick coaching nudge can redirect their day.
Activity Indicators
Each rep marker includes activity indicators that show their current status and daily progress at a glance:
- Visit count badge — Number of visits completed today, displayed on the marker.
- Duration timer — How long the rep has been at the current location.
- Last activity — Timestamp and description of their most recent action (check-in, checkout, order placed).
Route Visualization
Toggle Show Routes to see the path each rep has taken throughout the day. Routes are drawn as colored lines connecting each visit in chronological order:
- Each visit stop is marked with a numbered pin showing the sequence.
- The line color matches the rep's assigned color for easy identification when viewing multiple reps.
- Hover over any segment to see the estimated drive time and distance between stops.
Note
Route visualization helps managers identify inefficient routing patterns. If a rep is zigzagging across the territory instead of following a logical path, it may be time to discuss route planning strategies.
Plan Availability
The live map is available on the Pro plan and above. On the Starter plan, managers can see visit logs and reports but not real-time locations.
