Creating Your Account

Sign up for Kolva, verify your email, choose your plan, and configure your role and language preferences.

Creating your Kolva account takes less than two minutes. This guide walks you through the sign-up process, email verification, plan selection, and initial profile configuration.

Sign Up

  1. Visit kolva.ai/signup and enter your work email address.
  2. Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter and one number).
  3. Click Create Account. A verification email will be sent immediately.

Verify Your Email

Open the verification email and click the confirmation link. This activates your account and starts your 21-day free trial with full access to every feature, including business AI. No credit card is required.

Note: If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new verification link from the login page.

Choose Your Plan

During the trial you have access to all features. When the trial ends, you will choose the plan that fits your team:

  • Starter ($49/user/month) — Core commercial execution tools without business AI features. Ideal for small teams getting started.
  • Pro ($89/user/month) — Full business AI suite: decision briefs, voice debrief, churn risk, and priority workflows.
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing with SSO, advanced security, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees.

Pro Tip: Start with the free trial and explore all features before committing to a plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings.

Set Your Role and Language

After your first sign-in, the onboarding wizard asks for your role and preferred language. Your role determines which features and data you see:

  • Admin — Full platform access, billing, and user management.
  • Manager — Team analytics, coaching tools, and live map.
  • Commercial — Personal visits, pipeline, decision briefs, and customer context.
  • Finance — Finance hub, decision views, cash signals, and reports.

Kolva supports English, French, Spanish, and German. You can change your language at any time from Settings > Preferences.
